• Built in 1910.

  • Up to 10.

  • The big rooms are very big, and the smaller rooms, which were servant quarters, are about 150 square feet. There is only one room where a double bed doesn’t leave much room.

  • Probably. No room has its own bathroom.

  • Nope. Though you can bring your own partner or family to share it with.

  • The Quakers use the house for their Meetings for Worship on Sunday mornings, a time during which we try to keep quiet.

They also hold committee meetings in the house periodically.

Once or twice a year, we feed them brunch after their meeting, and introduce ourselves to their new members.

  • Yes, it is an old house, and there is always something that needs fixing. We can change light bulbs and repair leaky toilets. If it is beyond our capabilities, we inform the Quakers and collaborate on bringing in tradespeople.

  • Because so many people use the house, the Quakers do not permit cats or dogs, because of allergies.

We’ve had fish, tortoises, hamsters and guinea pigs.
